Duties:
· Coordinate marketing planning and budgeting across CIS markets and monitor the execution of marketing plans · Developing consistent Regional Media strategy across CIS markets in close cooperation with CMO office and subsidiary Marketing Directors · Drive media efficiency analysis (media mix, copy mix, optimum frequency/reach, etc.) and provide direction to CIS subsidiaries on media planning, execution and evaluation. · Provide marketing, consumer knowledge, and strategy expertise and support to subsidiaries, help them make informed decisions and build their capabilities · Create and execute regional synergies (e.g., in media planning, creative development, consumer knowledge, etc.) · Identify and select cross-BU brand identity building initiatives · Lead the development of Creative Briefs and monitor copy development, testing, and production for local creative executions. · Supervise market research activities across CIS, communicate CIS insights to Global HQ for product and Global advertising development · Build marketing capability across CIS (in co-operation with CIS HQ HR) |
