Demand	experience in project management 2 years proven experience in real estate or industrial construction and logistics experience is a plus experience in regional cities of Russia and CIS background knowledge of Russian laws high level of mobility (75% of time to be spent living in the regional cities) results orientated, communicative strong negotiations skills fluent English
Duty	§ Full operational responsibility for managing and delivering the object in two or three cities on time and to the agreed budget and specification; § Relationship management with external and internal key contacts (city administration / project and construction companies / press / tenant's representatives); § Full management responsibility for the "in-city" project team and contracted partners
Equalizing pack	Salary from 6000$ + bonus Social package
