- good knowledge of procedure and experience in obtaining construction permits and approvals
- good knowledge of specifics of obtaining construction permits and approvals in Moscow and Moscow region for new construction projects, reconstruction, fit-out, capital repairs
- a thorough understanding into each stage of the process: initial approvals - "Proekt" stage - working documentation
- a thorough understanding of the roles of Sanitary - Epidemiologic Station, Fire Department, Architectural Department, BTI, Construction Dept., etc. during each stage of permits and approvals
- a thorough understanding of Technical Conditions obtaining procedure for gas, water, power supply, sewer, etc.
- Experience in interaction with Acceptance Committee
- Good understanding of Microsoft word, excel, Auto CAD (beneficial).
- good communication skills
