Education:
Degree, University/College: Law degree
LLM title or other foreign legal degree at recognizable university/law school would be an asset.
Preferred places of work: legal experience at a large corporate legal department or law firm (min -5 years).
Skills:
- broad knowledge of Russia civil, commercial, labor and finance law.
- experience in real estate translations, especially in drafting and negotiating lease agreements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills - dynamic team player, ability to interact effectively at all levels within organization
- high negotiation skills
- strong English language skills
| | Duty | Managing Russian in-house Legal team and supervising outside counsels where needed.
Advising on a wide range of legal and transactional matters; structuring and negotiating variety of deals, with emphasis on real estate transactions.
Ensuring compliance of Russian organization with respective local and international laws and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with Company corporate legal procedures, policies, and best practices within Russian organization.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating variety of business contracts, with emphasis on lease agreements
Managing any disputes and litigation, including representing the company in the court, and in arbitration or administrative proceedings.
