Provide accurate and timely reporting of financial information to meet corporate and legal
requirements.

Maintain general accounting and financial reporting policies, procedures and systems that will
provide timely, accurate and meaningful information.

Support the performance and development of accounting team members by identifying and
communicating performance expectations, providing feedback about performance and
potential and identifying development needs as well as providing development opportunities in
order to achieve business results and promote individual growth.

Direct treasury functions by maintaining established banking relationships; controlling the
extension of credit, the collection of receivables and the payment of accounts; implementing
financing strategies; administering debt, both external and intercompany; protecting IM CIS
operations from potentially significant foreign currency losses.

Direct the tax activities, including the preparation and filing of all tax returns, the maintenance
of tax expense and liability accounts, and the timely payment of tax liabilities.

Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a
customer-based philosophy in the level of service provided.
Required Background & Experience
University Degree in Finance with a solid background in professional business subjects

Fluent English
.
At least 6-8 years of experience within a multi-national company
