Ensures labour law and payroll compliance in line with country specific legislation.
Creates and implements company and Division HR processes, systems and tools (e.g. recruitment, training, JPA and PPR processes, etc.) and coaches OPS mgmt in their successfull execution.
Support OPS in activities optimizing COL
Represents company to the outside world as required. Establish the necessary external contacts with suppliers, government agencies, customers and key constituents.
