Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Higher Marketing, Finance or Economic education.
Good English (upper-intermediate).
3-5 year experience in Sales, Marketing, KAM, Retail Chain Development
Previous experience in automotive (tyre business) is a plus
Good customer relation and negotiation skills
Good time and staff management skills
Ability to set priorities and work under pressure
Ability to take decisions
Readiness to business travels across Russia
| | Обязанности | Sales effectiveness increase by pursuing high potential accounts and opportunities
Partners and customer relations maintenance
Annual development planning in sales and value added services
Standardize network business operating procedures and organise trainings and assessment Customers’ staff
Direct report to Sales Director. Functional report to Marketing Director and General Director
Analyze and classify Customers, validate selection and criteria
Participate in the definition of commercial strategy and it’s implementation
Propose and determine with direction a promotional, logistic and tariff policy per account.
Identify opportunities, problems, negotiate conditions, implement progress plans and co-ordinate with the sales force the management of account.
Integrate marketing strategy, draw up the commercial conquest plan, sales forecasts
Research and set up new accounts through marketing and communication activities.
Evaluate account performance
Other tasks related to main activities on request of Sales Manager, Marketing Director or General Director
