Education level:Bachelors degree (IS, Operations Management, Logistics Management, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Experience:Several  years of operations experience preferably high-tech, healthcare,  including P/L and cost management responsibility. This experience must include work in multiple facilities with multiple customers. Work in IE, QA, or Solutions is a plus. At this level, candidates must have implementations experience or systems customization experience. Candidates should have a track record of participation in pricing, contract negotiation, cost (LEAP) modeling, and cross-selling. Work experience should include demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction, knowledge of a broad range of UPS SCS products and services, knowledge of IE and PE methods and roles, the ability to work crossfunctionally, and the ability to motivate and manage a staff - especially under pressure.

- Define the work environment, set goals and standards, and ensure compliance with standards for operation.

- Direct sales and customer service; and negotiating customer contracts, rates, and amendments in co-operation with Region management.
- Monitor and ensure that operations adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Financial performance responsibility includes guiding revenue growth, revenue management, cost containment, and achievement of target margins.
