Preparation and legal expertise of loan, surety, pledge agreements, checking legal capacity of clients, checking of major deals and related party transactions, preparation of legal opinions on different questions connected with loan work; drafting minutes of Board of Directors and shareholders meetings; maintaining correspondence with the CBR on legal issues; monitoring amendments of Russian civil, banking, corporate, labor laws. | | Компенсационный пакет | Salary: - negotiable salary: RUR 60-80K net fixed
